Job Description :
*Responsible for the development of next generation New Product planning and life cycle management of assigned product lines to achieve Corporate, Brand,and Segment goals for sales, profitability, and market share. Duties and Responsibilities:
*Lead development of next generation new product plans for assigned product line(s) toachieve goals of sales, profit, and market share of Corporation, Brand, and Segment.
*Expert in end-user applications and product knowledge
*Knowledgeable in competitive market (products, pricing, distribution channels) for assigned product line(s).
*Comprehensive understanding of market research methodology and its application to specific product/program needs
*Coordinates market research efforts through the Market Research / Intelligence department.
*Leadership role on multi-functional development team representing end- users / distribution partners ensuring new product meets / exceeds expectations.
*Responsible for clear and concise specification and overall marketing launch direction of product programs.
*Support Sales, Brand, and Event Marketing providing expertise on product related issues, competitive environment, end-users, and applications of assigned product line(s). Half new/ half existing products.
*Lead product improvement requirements
* Support quality improvements, cost reduction of assigned existing product line(s).
Job Requirements :
*3-5 years Product Marketing and/or Sales experience working on multi- functional team environment in Consumer Goods industry
*Bachelors Degree or 5 years of equivalent experience
