Brand Manager

Job Description
Overview:

Under the direction of the Manager/Supervisor, the Brand Manager is responsible for the promotion of a particular line of products sold through our highly diverse scope of wholesale outlets.

Responsibilities:

Spearhead initiatives, such as the appearance, placement, positioning, pricing, advertising strategy

Perform financial modeling for specific new and existing lines

Relied upon to devise additional programs designed to increase the sales and profitability of those items sold under the assigned brands banner

Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years experience in a highly competitive consumer product business

Must have consumer package goods experience, strong analytical ability and good communication skills

Familiarity with HBC, food or pharmaceutical industries would be a definite plus

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed

Experience:
5 + years

Education - Certification - Licenses & Registrations:
Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience implementing basic Marketing principles.
