| Job Description | ROE Dental Laboratory is a growing locally owned and operated dental laboratory the provides services to dentists across the US is seeking a CNC engineer or CNC operator / maintenance & repair technician for the CNC machines used in our facility to fabricate dental prosthetics and components. You will be responsible for the programming, maintaining, repairing and testing of CNC machines so that they can effectively carry out the functions necessary as required by the laboratory. Individual will be tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of all CNC machines and troubleshooting any problems that arise. You must also maintain a centralized program database and detailed records on all CNC machines.
As our CNC programmer you will have to study the standards of the devices to be manufactured. Develop a complete and thorough understanding of the various machining operations required to manufacture the finished job. Develop and plan the production and service cycles so that the optimum production targets are set and achieved with the aid and guidance of the CAD department leader.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot machines and equipment is a critical component of this position. A requirement is the individual must have good mechanical skills with the responsibility of hands-on maintenance and repairs. Functional computer skills for the operation of the software is also required. We are currently using equipment from Imes-Icore, Datron, Delcam, Hypermilll, as well as industry specific software. Training and support for the specific equipment used will be provided.
Requirements:
A degree from an accredited mechanical engineering university or industrial trade school with practical experience in the workforce.
