Field Service Manager

Job Description
Checkpoint Technologies, located in San Jose, CA, is a vibrant, well-established manufacturer of automated laser scanning and emission detection systems for the semiconductor industry. We have a strong technological base and hold a leading market position in the US and Overseas.
At this time, we are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to supervise our staff of field service engineers, outside service providers and coordinate service activities with our customers world-wide. The successful candidate will have greater than 5 years of managerial experience with field service in the semiconductor equipment field. Responsibilities will include ensuring all maintenance on the tools is performed and documented in a timely manner, service contracts are fulfilled promptly to specifications and coordinate all maintenance efforts with the customers.
