|Job Description: The Human Resources Generalist will perform a broad variety of tasks within the human resource function including but not limited to training, recruiting, and human resources. This generalist will assist in the development and implementation of the policies, procedures and programs related to training and development. This generalist will also support North American recruiting of salaried staff
Assist in organizing and leading the corporate sales and engineering training program, organizing materials in the sharepoint site, developing the revised training schedule following the pilot of the sales and engineering training
Conduct needs assessment across the business, develop the plans and implement solutions to meet those needs
Develop and lead the training plans related to the implementation of new payroll, human resources, benefits and time and labor software systems in North America.
Develop a training solution for compliance training in North America
Assist the corporate recruiter in screening candidates, posting jobs, working at campus recruiting events, and standardizing and implementing the job offer process and forms, scheduling interviews as required and coordinating background checks and physicals.
Serve as generalist back up to the HR leader of the GreenvilleTechnicalCenter
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Previous experience in designing, developing and implementing training programs and schedules
Strong organizational skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Ability to relocate as required to further growth and development
Microsoft Office proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or other related field
2-5 years of previous work experience
