We are seeking a Process Engineer based in Santa Clara, CA.
Support Manufacturing, Process sustaining and development, Troubleshooting
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Manufacturing support, initiate and lead process improvement efforts
Leads yield enhancement efforts including data extraction and analysis, data mining, interpretation of detector test images
Process development for new products
Job Requirements : 5 years experience in semiconductor process technology
Knowledge of PECVD and/or RIE, plasma physics, vacuum technology, and RF technology
MA of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Solid State Physics
Phd in Electrical Engineering or Solid State Physics. PhD preferred
Good understanding of device physics and interaction between process and device performance
Good understanding of Amorphous Silicon Flat Panel or Silicon CMOS processes with strong background in process development
Knowledge of thin film measurement techniques (reflectrometry, ellipsometry)
Knowledge of statistical process control and statistical data analysis
Hands-on experience in characterization, development and improvement of aSi TFT and/or diode PECVD processes for either flat panel display or 2-D array sensor applications is preferred
Good analytical problem solving and communication skills
