Responsible for optimizing marginal income to achieving profit plan and product stewardship for assigned business teams.
Pricing coordination with Sales and Marketing.
Contribute to the development of the Business Team Strategic Plan.
Harmonize regional product needs with global strategy.
Controlling working capital for assigned business by portfolio mix management and setting inventory targets.
Product stewardship for the assigned business.
Act as the Business Team’s representative on internal commercial issues. e.g. S&OP, SAP, budgeting process, etc. and as production liaison.
Specification and new product launch coordination between the marketing and manufacturing.
Interface with various internal customers on business issues.
Quality Notification oversight for the Business Team by assuring resolution and prompt, appropriate customer feedback.
Requirements: Technical degree preferred. 2-5 years commercial experience. Solid computer skills – SAP, Excel and Microsoft Word. Strong written and verbal communication skills a must. Marketing, commercial development and/or P&L responsibility a plus. Must be a flexible team player whose career goals are commercial/management. Travel: 5-15% domestic travel.
