Assurant Solutions is now seeking a Product ManagerAs Product Manager you will facilitate the identification and development of new product concepts. Working with Canada's elite retail partners, you will spearhead and manage the development of new products and technology solutions from concept to completion. You will lead, design and recommend Extended Service Contract (ESC) solutions; this includes developing ""go to market"" strategy. The successful candidate is a talented and experienced product leader who has a passion for developing retail products and creating the perfect customer experience. You have demonstrated a strong execution-based track record in order to bring new ideas to market.Role
Conduct concept development and evaluation reviews with internal/external clients;
Develop and implement new ""go-to-market"" strategies, including product positioning (price and construct) with both distributors and customers;
Participate in the design and validation of innovative solutions as they relate to potential products, services, programs, processes, and channels;
Participate in the development of recommendations based on program performance
Manage and grow business intelligence capabilities including market research, customer research, and competitor analysis;
Work with Marketing to establish targeted customer acquisition models.
Prepare and give group presentations on channel strategy and proposed new product concepts and ideas to clients, prospects and senior management
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:1. Education:Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, or marketing or commensurate experience; MBA an asset
Project Management certification is an asset
