Responsibilities:


Lead and manage all Product Management initiatives for Moen’s retail bath portfolio

Develop and execute strategies and initiatives to achieve large bath revenue goal by 2015
while maintaining current platform margins

Develop and maintain all aspects of the retail bath US/Global bath three-year product plan

Responsible for quarterly product line analysis of sales and profitability with corresponding strategic recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with sales and customers to build compelling product presentations and commercialization plans

Act as lead to provide direction on product development initiatives related to the retail bath business – leading a cross-functional team including Sales, Finance, New Product

Development, Quality, Reliability, Industrial Design, and Sourcing

Lead definition and scoping of retail bath innovation projects

Drive all marketing aspects of the bath line reviews, including an annual comprehensive market situation analysis

Deliver and present line review product opportunities internally and to customers

Manage all stages of RPD and Tollgate process from a marketing perspective.

Define margin and cost targets with a goal towards maintaining current platform margins

Work closely with Marketing Communications and Global Brand Development teams to establish commercialization priorities and needs to support new product launches

Manage and coach direct report, Product Manager

Requirements

BS degree plus 4-5 years product management or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.

Retail channel experience strongly preferred

Strong analytical skills essential for market and competitive evaluation, pricing and line management

Able to critically dissect analytical data

Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP)

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Team player with good interpersonal skills to lead/participate in cross-functional teams

Ability to travel approximately 15%, mainly to customer locations

Able to plan, prioritize and drive growth
