Technical Support Liaison

Job Description
Marotta Controls, Inc. designs and manufactures motion and flow control systems, and components for the Defense, Aerospace, and Commercial avaiation markets and is now hiring in its Montville, NJ headquarters.



Primary responsibilities are to interact with internal customers supporting both hardware and software. Identify, troublehshoot, and as needed, report technical issues to IT Department. Provide training to users and work with groups to improve network storage methods. Perform diversified IT duties appropriate to position.




Requirements:
•Associates degree in related major or Certified Technology school diploma preferred
•2-3 years minimum office environment experience
•Local area candidates
•Technical education or experience desirable
•Minimum of high school diploma or GED
•Experience with IT client interaction and customer support
•Experienced in creating, customizing, and providing user training
